The Property Owners have worked hard to make Cedia a peaceful and beautiful place located on an exclusive Estate and agree to let the premises to you for the purposes of holiday lettings.
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that set out the booking conditions, requirements and the use of the property. The payment of your deposit acknowledges your understanding and acceptance to the terms and conditions contained in this document.
The property is strictly to be used as holiday accommodation only. We do not permit functions of any kind, parties, weddings etc (unless prior arrangements have been made). Schoolie bookings are not accepted. If it comes to the property owners’ attention that the property is being misused by the tenants they will be asked to leave the property immediately without any refund.

The Cedia is a peaceful and beautiful place located on an exclusive Estate and also ideal for holiday, functions, celebrations and wedding bookings on 90 acres. A private sanctuary just minutes from Byron's famous beaches and Bangalow's cafes and boutiques.
The whole house provides enough room for the family up to 8 guests. This is a magnificent property that has every modern convenience and detail taken care of to ensure you and your family have the perfect stay. You won't have an excuse to leave the truly memorable magic place.
Arrival time is 2.00pm. Departure time is 10.00am. Please be aware that early arrival or late departures cannot be accommodated unless prior arrangements have been made. Additional charges will be incurred if you are not ready to depart at 10.00am and our cleaning staff is not able to enter the property to service the premises.
Upon your departure the keys must be returned.
